MINLON - Mineral reinforced nylon resins
These compositions are reinforced-not filled. Excellent balance of properties, components of Minlon (produced by injection moulding) find extensive use in many applications including: automotive, electrical /electronic, domestic appliances and construction.

Charactersitc properites of MINLON
In addition to the inherent features of nylon (e.g. mechanical strength, toughness, high temperature performance, chemical resistance),
Minlon resins offer:
High stiffness.
Low warpage.
Dimensional stability.
Paintability.

RYNITE* - Theromoplastic polyester (PET) resins
These compositions are reinforced, not filled resins, i.e there is a chemical bond between the polyethylene terephthalate and the glass fibre or mica/glass particles

Characterstic properties of RYNITE
Rynite thermoplastic polyester resins exhibit a broad range of mechanical and electrical properties and excellent moulding characteristics making them outstanding candidates for replacements of metals, thermosets, other polyesters and thermoplastics for many low creep and low warpage applications.
Rynite resins also offer:
Excellent dimensional stability.
Outstanding chemical and heat resistance.
Have inherently good electrical properties.

ZENITE* - Liquid Crystal polymer
Grades of ZENITE LCP are ideal for a wide range of applications in the automotive, electrical, electronic and industrial market.
Characterstics properties of ZENITE
The materials feature excellent dimensional stability and creep resistance at very high temperatures.Superior physical properties over a wide temperature range.
Low thermal expansion.
Low mould shrinkage especially in the flow direction.
They are also inherently flame-retardant
.

ZYTEL* HTN - High temperature nylon resins
The ZYTEL, High-Temperature Nylon(HTN) resins are high-temperature, semicrystalline, glass-reinforced nylon copolymers that have a unique combination of properties.

Characterstic properties of ZYTEL HTN
Low moisture absorption.
Retention of properties versus humidity changes.
Dimensional stability.
Good High-temperature properties.
High melting point, 300 deg C.
High glass transition temperature, 125 deg C.
High heat deflection temperature, 260 deg C at 1.8 MPa.
Low coefficient of linear thermal expansion Chemical resistance to motor transmission and transformer oils, glycols, antifreeze and water
.

ZYTEL* - Nylon resins
Most widely used of all engineering polymers due to its excellent balance of proeprties.
Characterstics properties of ZYTEL
ZYTEL nylon resins are classified by chemical composition into the following major groups :
Nylon 66 and Nylon 6.
The key features of ZYTEL nylons are:
High mechanical strength.

Excellent balance of stiffiness/toughness.
Good high temperature performance.
Good electrical and flammability properties.
Good abrasion and chemical resistance.
Major "families" of ZYTEL nylons include:
Unreinforced.
Tough/Supertough.
Glass-reinforced.
Toughened/Glass-reinforced.
Flame-retardant.
High viscosity/Extrusion.
Speciality.
